It is extremely heavy, I usually won’t go near it unless my son is in the house to help.

I don’t have a terrific amount to compare to and I just plug mine in from the sub out on my amps, I don’t have high and low pass etc, I don’t think that can work when you are using two inputs but one pair of front speakers.
Well anyhow it sound deep and bassy, which is ideal.
You have a low pass filter whether you like it or not! Also a gain adjustment and a phase switch. They work regardless of which input you are using.
The best setting for AV is probably quite different to what you would use for music. You could set up profiles for each and switch between them.
