I read your now-closed thread on picking between a 102/Hi-Cap/NAPSC vs a 272, and I saw you picked the 272 in the end. I was just wondering what your initial thoughts were on the sonic differences between the pre-amps (only) of the 2 options as I have the same decision to make. The streamer/dac capabilities are gravy for me, so I’m really only curious about the sound comparison between the 2 pre-amps sections.
Anyone else that has compared the same components is more than welcome to weigh in.
