Nac 52 one channel on record out

Hi, I’m new to the forum but not to naim. I’ve got a issue with my 52 pre which looks very like the one @Paul52135 had (loss of one channel in the tape outputs ). Just wondering if it’s the output buffers is that a factory job or something that a service centre could do?

Any advice appreciated.

Duncan if you’re in the UK then you have two options, either the factory (via your Naim dealer), or Class A, who are a Naim approved servicer.
