NAC282 remote doesn't switch input source

Hi All.

As per the title, the remote of the 282 will not switch sources. It alters volume and balance just fine. 282 front panel works perfectly. Tried getting the batteries out of the remote and back in but no luck. Also rebooted the Naim amps but no luck.

Older remote from my 122x will work on the 282. Thoughts and advice before asking to replace the remote under warranty?

Silly question but have you switched to pre amp mode?
