In the process of replacing a tweeter on one of my speakers I’ve noticed the black foam in the top box has become brittle. Any advise on replacing it would be appreciated.

Try Wilmslow Audio and their acoustic foam laminate panels. I used that for my SL2s. Assume the Allaes are similar but I don’t know.
Yes, Wilmslow Audio definitely. I replaced the foam in my SL2s too, and it works a treat. I imagine it will be fine with your Allaes.
