I don’t think everyone is passing the buck, certainly we’re trying to help you here. However, it’s a very old player, a long way from home, and if you want an official Naim repair and it’s outside what your distributor or dealer offer, then back the factory is the only official avenue open to you. If you got it back to the factory then I’m sure they would be able to fix it for you. I agree that the current Covid situation makes everything very much more difficult, but I’m afraid that’s something outside of Naim’s control. I suggest you contact Naim support and take it from there.
