I agree… it needs to be a balance … but to my mind the key thing everyone has to play their part, and not just leave it just to others, and yes governance and regulation can ‘encourage’ the right behaviours for all… not just people or groups who are different from them selves.

Yes when I say that people should make more use of public transport I of course mean that @HungryHalibut and @Simon-in-Suffolk should take the bus and I’ll wave to you both as I overtake you
