Naim Mu-So G2 not powering up

Hi, New here,

I just bought a brand new Mu-So G2, but it’s not powering up. After connecting to the mains, the only indication it’s live is the flashing red LED right next the the reset pin hole. Occasionally, the main dial will have strange flashing white light, but most of the time it’s just dead. I tried multiple ways to reset it, didn’t help. I was not able to see it via Blue Tooth or Naim App. So dissappoiting…Anyone else has encountered this problem?

Welcome Roy, flashing or solid red can often mean there’s a fault. Have a word with Naim support, just in case it’s something else, but if it’s brand new then it’s warranted so may mean a return to the reseller for exchange for another unit.
