Upon a fresh power-on, the side LED will be red briefly, then changes to purple as the unit attempts to undertake a network connection.
I would suggest you try attaching the Muso with an Ethernet cable directly to your router , and then performing the power on. If the issue continues, perform the reset whilst still attached via Ethernet cable to your router.
Suggest you avoid doing these tests in a Mesh network , also avoid a wifi-repeater network.
If there is no success when using the Ethernet cabled connections, a discussion with your dealer would be wise.
