Hello Naim consumers
My friend has a problem with Naim Nait XS.
The problem is that during use, all functions fail, both on the remote and on the device itself, except for the VOLUME button.
The only solution is on/off the entire device, and then it works.
In the beginning it happened weekly, now several times daily.
I do not know what is the problem. We tried with two other remotes, but they didn’t work, because the buttons on the device itself don’t work.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

It’s due a service; xs introduced in 2008, so 15 years ago. Service interval is 12 to 15 years for classics.
