Unusual failure. First port of call is to contact your dealer.
I do not want to go through a reseller, the rates applied by NAIM are too expensive! I personally prefer to intervene on the device.
Well then that would lead to a discussion that falls outside of forum rules. As I say, I would contact your Naim dealer here and take it from there.
