Naim Qb2 - Spinning Light

I came home earlier and our Naim Qb2 had a spinning white light on top. I thought it may have been doing an update or something but 3 hours later it’s still going. Has anyone any ideas ? I’ve tried switching the power off and then back on and it just starts again. The little light on the back is orange if that has any relevance.

The Qb2 is, frankly the worst piece of Naim kit I’ve ever bought. I really regret losing the Ruark kit it replaced which operated glitch free for years.

Presumably you’ve tried hard reboot: unplug, make a cup of coffee, plug back in again?

My QB2 does occasionally lose connection and that always seems to fix it. Strangely my QB1 which has supposedly worse WiFi and is further from the router seems rock solid.
