Absolutely fed up with my Naim Star which stops in the middle of a playlist or even when listening to internet radio. Without fail - at least once a day. The Display freezes and the App disappears from my phone. Occasionally the Star will go through an update and I can restart. More often than not I have to unplug and restart to get the App back. I’m using Skynet WiFi @ 300 mbps
Have you contacted Naim support yet? If so, what have they said or suggested to you so far?

Sorted I’m hoping. Played all day with no issues so far. I deleted the Naim App. Then re-booted router, iPhone,Naim Star device then re-installed the Naim App - like starting from scratch. This also coincided with a house move so lots to consider. I suspect it was the App - even though there was no problem with my Naim Atom. The new App was a different colour so probably an update I was unaware of. Fingers crossed!
