I think there’s a bit of a pyromaniac in me - loved the coal fires in my grandparents house, loved bonfires as a kid, especially the huge communal 5th Nov street bonfire my father often co-ordinated, also as a kid loved starting fires with a magnifying glass! Having visited many ‘holiday cottages’ in recent years with our young family where there were wood burning stoves I had two Clearview stoves installed a few years ago. I suspect many have been along a similar path trying varied woods, art…
