Hi, I’m moving out of my house for a renovation and I’d like my Naim SuperUniti to get a full clean and overhaul. Does anyone know the process?
Do you mean a service? Talk to your Naim dealer. If you are in the uk, then it will go back to Salisbury.
If you are not in the uk, then still talk to your dealer, there are service centres dotted around eg Lasa in Italy, one in Poland I think, what was once musicline in Germany etc.
America would be the same process. Any official dealer then it will probably end up at Focal Naim America in Canada/Quebec for service.
