hello,
i have an older naim device (uniti2 420d) which sounds absolutely excellent. i’ve been using it with spotify, which worked out of the box like an absolute charm. now i’d like to upgrade to tidal, and it seems like that isn’t so easy. i can get the naim app to connect to my tidal account and play music from there. however, ideally i’d like to simply start the native tidal app and use the uniti2 as a output target just like i did in spotify.
i’ve read through a few of the other topics but haven’t really found the perfect answer. some people suggested bubble or chromecast as a “bridge” between the tidal app and the uniti2. i have no experience with any of that, i just want to have a setup with the best possible audio quality.
could any of you fine folks recommend me a course of action?
thanks & have a nice day ![]()
i am not sure how to edit my post, so i’ll just reply to myself. did a little research and landed on the nad cs-1 as a hardware solution to my problem. lossless tidal/spotify connect and digital connection to the naim. should be a solid choice, right?
