Nait XS2 + 250

Hello,
My second system consists:
nait xs2 + hicap dr + nap 250.

The nait xs2 is powered ON and I don’t really understand why. From what I understand, the hicap is responsible for the pre section and the nait xs2 amplification unit is not in use. If I turn the nait xs2 OFF, should everything be ok or the light+motor/other are getting their power from the internal units in the nait xs2?
