Today I encountered issues with my Narcom 5 remote, which I use to control my 252. My softkeys are not working. The display, numeric keys, and programme button are not working. The volume and balance controls are functioning. Has anyone else experienced this?

No. But my volume and balance are working, so I presume the batteries are ok.
Press the pre button. It will then work as expected. If I got £1 for every time I give this reply I’d be rich.
Always worth a shot, should be as you say, but……..

The mute button stopped working on my Supernait remote but the others all worked so I figured it was on the way out. Seeing this thread reminded me of the pre button thing and lo and behold, the mute button is back working as it should. If HH ever finds himself in BC Canada I’ll give him a dollar.
