Not anymore…I signed up with another email to see if that was the problem.
Now convinced there is a blocker between my router and my app based log in Credentials to Qobuz.

I am able to stream all 192/24bit. Couldn’t via chromecast, would buffer so could only listen to max 94/24. So that’s a bonus.
Yep…as soon as I switched back to my WiFi, Qobuz did not recognise my log in details.
Router is a new Bt home hub:
Everything else Naim related works fine, nova, 2 muso’s and a qb, all working.
Nova or Qobuz apps not accepting my log in details whilst on wifi
Nigel, as a Beta tester I have been using Qobuz for several weeks and have found it wonderful source for exploring new music preferring it to Tidal which I have used previously.
I have also found that some albums that are locally streamed from my Core preferable to 24bit material from Qobuz.
Listening to Diana Krall via Qobuz 24bit at the moment it is a truly excellent alternative source and one album that I would find no reason to purchase and rip to my Core.
Will be interesting to hear other listeners views on this.
So at the moment I will keep on with Qobuz I might download a couple of Hirez albums as a trial at a later date.
I’m experiencing the same, only username missing. If I just close the naim app using the iPad home button it keeps me logged in.
I’ve done everything I could do including resets but still no joy.
I thought that at first but I wonder whether the DAC needs to burn in a bit at higher rates. Maybe you have used it with local hires?

I wonder if there is some variability in quality of the original source material from which hi-rez albums are produced. I have paid handsomely for some super-duper remastered vinyl which provide all the acoustic benefits you’d enjoy by sticking your head in a bucket of water!!
I don’t know the answer, but am curious if perhaps it would be worth trying a similar test with a few other random albums.

pcd, I own a lot of Diana Krall and would be interested to do the comparison. Which DK 24 bit album are you referring to on Qobuz?
Good point, and I intend to try other comparisons.
I am an early adopter of Qobuz. I have been waiting for that one a very long time. Very happy it happened. The connection with Qobuz works really smoothly. Everything Qobuz proposes is there.
I was a little surprised by the new sound presentation though. I would say it is crisper, more detailed. The bass also seems a bit tighter.
The only regret is that while Qobuz is working on the ND555, it isn’t on the Unitiqute and the Muso which are not recent enough. But I can make them work using the multi-room system.
Very happy indeed
Hi, I am having the same issue. I think Qobuz has blocked my ip address due to trying to log in from too many devices. I was told that it would reset after a period of time. I can access via my mobil phone cell carrier, but not my home wi-fi.
The Diana Krall CD is All For You a dedication to the Nat King Cole trio.
Northpole has a very good point I recently purchased the Bruce Springsteen CD Western Stars ( UK version) the Qobuz Hirez pips it for sound quality.
Cheers Marty, I’ll give it a day…and see what happens.
I’m in…must have been what martyK suggested.
Thanks for the ideas etc chaps.
I just spent the last three hours appreciating qobuz; much better to my ears than tidal through my ND555. Very happy!
Do you need to create the account through the Naim app?
I’m having the same login issues. App loses username but keeps password. Sound. Quality is very good - even running Qobuz through Roon - which still works with no issues.
No, you create an account on the Qobuz website and use the same login and password to sign in on the Naim app.
The Spotify interface and curation is excellent; much better than Tidal or Qobuz. Unfortunately there is the huge issue (for us) of sound quality where the other two leave Spotify standing, as you’d expect.
You could try the new Beth Hart album, i originally downloaded 24 bit version to Core. My cloth ears cannot tell the difference to the streamed copy off Qobuz.
