ND5 XS 2 - Latest App Release Issue (v5.12)

We are aware of an issue ND5 XS 2 users may be experiencing with the latest app release (v5.12).

This issue is only affecting ND5 XS 2 users when trying to follow the set-up process. We’ve released an update to fix this issue but this will take a few days to hit the app store as Apple needs to approve the app.

In the meantime, we recommend either setting up with an Android device or calling our support team so that they can initiate a remote setup.
