Who can telll me the sound difference between the two streamers? I’d connect the streamer to a SN2 + hi cap. Thank you
Only you can do this in reality.

The Atom HE comes with a preamp and this makes straight comparisons not so straight, however in my experience, overall the ND5XS2 sounds harsh(er) in comparison. Could be differences in the DAC but the HE preamp is a very good one and e.g. the 222 only improves on it but mildly and in the same vein.
If going into the SN2 though, the difference between the two may not be so obvious or not much at all.
