ND555 has lost contact with remote control and app

I’ve tried everything to re-establish contact between the App and my ND555, and with my remote, but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions?

It would probably help to specify details of what you have done amd what were the results

Restarted units. Deleted and re-installed app. Removed batteries from remote and reinstalled. Everything I could think of! No result.

First thing I would do is to shutdown ND555, remove power lead
Power cycle your router
Wait 10 mins, and startup the ND555

BTW, does it connect to any internet content via the front buttons?

Definitely power down the 555, power down your router.
Restart your router and wait until it is fully restarted. Only then power up your 555.

In addition to what was suggested turn off your switch as well ( if u have one) and restart this after u restart router.

Thanks all. The problem turned out to be a failed BTWholehome disc. I’ve had 3 discs fail now. I’ve replaced the BT with a Tplink Deco, and that solved the problem.
