NDS Transit Bolts

I’m just fitting my NDS transit bolts.

I have tightened the four bolts in diagonally opposite pairs.

I presume that I should tighten the bolts right to the end, but without forcing them at that point.

Is that correct?

As I haven’t seen the sprung plate that is being tightened, I don’t want to overtighten the transit bolts and damage the springs on the plate.

This is my first time inserting transit bolts, and I don’t want to eff it up!

Yes, tighten the bolts right up. Also a good idea is to put a couple of strips of electrical tape in a cross over the ends to ensure that any vibrations in transit don’t allow them to turn the other way and loosen them off.
