Turn the power off, then press and hold the stop button, turn it back on, and wait at least 10 seconds before releasing the button.
Then press the play button. After a minute or two it should start up.
Remember that you will lose any settings you have configured and may not be able to easily reconfigure them. It will default to Ethernet so you may not be able to use WiFi without access to the setup screen.
