the display of my NDX got dark, which seems to be a common issue. Now I also have some connection problems and would like to try a factory reset. Unfortunately this is a bit difficult without a display. @GeorgeP wrote in this thread something about pressing the stop button while powering up, but I couldn’t find any further information about this. What is the exact procedure?
Turn the power off, then press and hold the stop button, turn it back on, and wait at least 10 seconds before releasing the button.
Then press the play button. After a minute or two it should start up.
Remember that you will lose any settings you have configured and may not be able to easily reconfigure them. It will default to Ethernet so you may not be able to use WiFi without access to the setup screen.
