My NDX2 is already on latest 3.10.1 Firmware. It is randomly showing this screen and seems can’t recover from it. The standby switch flashes in 4 then 2 and 5 sequence. A hard reset fixed the issue for one hour but again it started to behave like this. Any advice or help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you Robert for the link, that’s exactly what I did. There is a confusion regarding the hard reset and soft reset though. A google search for hard reset led to naim site saying its the middle two buttons but the forums say its the top and bottom buttons. Any way after a couple of trying both options a new messege popped up during restoring “Firmware Error” 
@NeilS is this an rma job or is there something else to try? Thanks

This looks like a hardware issue, fault 425 refers to a communication syncing problem between the main micro controller & the streaming card.
