After the new firmware, which is downloaded automatically by my Nova. The app can not find my Nova. When trying to update via the app, can not find the Nova either. When I do an firmware updat he keeps looking for new firmware…On the Nova internet page there is no firmware to be found. restart the Nova ( powercord out) Nothing. hELP
Do you see a blue light on your unit? Give it time. I’ve found that once the update starts you really don’t get an indicator that it’s working via the app.
solved…the ethernet cable was broken.
