I left the lossless version of that stream running overnight from UK and looking at the stats, there were no dropouts / under-runs.
Also the networking issues you are describing are not product side issues and hints there is a local network issue. We have 10000’s of those devices running smoothly daily.
I’d suggest contact our helpdesk who can better advise on how to break down these connectivity issues better, as this thread is more for reporting missing/broken/problematic stations.
As a general bit of radio debugging advise, try playing the Naim radio stations as Naim manage those servers so we know the quality of service. If audio is intermittently dropping out on those the focus has to be a local networking issue,
