Just bought a QB2 and selected the firmware update. After about 40mins only two bars have moved. The app is not recognising the device or showing the update. I tried rebooting and when it powered up it went back to same status. Have plugged in Ethernet cable to see if that would help. I was wondering if I should try pressing the pin reset button. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks
I ended up rebooting a few times, playing music with the old firmware, connecting an Ethernet cable and then trying the firmware update a few hours later and it worked.
