Hi folks, I want to move my Atom to another room and am proposing, to set up my main system thus…

Uniti core (new purchase) into my OPPO 205 as the DAC and then to my Nord preamp which will drive my NAP250-2 powering my KEF104/2’s

Should work OK? Im correct in thinking the Core has no preamp function, nor DAC?

Yes, the Core has no DAC. It has a coaxial SPDIF digital out which is ideal if you want to use it into a DAC rather than as a network server.
