Nice Photos

While on the way to Lake Louise 2 days ago I noticed the sunrise looking great on Cascade mountain in Banff so I couldn’t resist doing a quick stop on the avenue. Pic taken with an iPhone 13.

That’s a lovely picture.
Don’t put it anywhere too public though, you’ll start another ‘Gold Rush’

Great town we were there in mid autumn problem was just about everyone who served us (bartender to hire cars) was a damn Aussie. Even the locals were laughing about it.

I bought a Stetson in Banff 30+ years ago to keep the sun off my face - it was that well-known Canadian brand “Akubra”.

I took it while flying into Mexico City. In the descent. Some years ago tbh but have been going through old photos recently.
You can see why the advent of weather radar was a big step forward in aviation; imagine flying into that at night!

I thought Singapore, but wasn’t certain.
It’s been a very long time since I’ve been there.

Why is the guy centre wearing his suit in the pool? :grinning:

Sorry, yes, as Rafael said, the roof top pool at MBS, Singapore. Here for work for a few days. Been before, but this is my first time staying at the hotel. The pool is 152m long (according to the friendly hotel worker I was speaking to).

Given that it’s 3:40am and I am posting this, you can see that the jet lag is going well.
