No BBC radio stations on Muso

Hi, I live in Italy and receive different stations on Muso. I receive Classic FM etc… but no radio 4 for the last few days. I have tried unplugging and reconnecting later but the problem remains. I have also checked on ND5XS-AF2C and I have the same problem. I emphasise that this has only been the last few days.
I have checked on the BBC site and they report no problems. What can I do?

Vtuner BBC radio issue - work-around

There currently appears to be an issue with BBC channels and Vtuner on Naim streaming devices. Here is a temporary work around for UK Naim customers to access BBC stations through the Naim app. Select the desired streamer via the Naim application Select the Internet radio icon at the top of the app Select the “Naim’s Choice” choice You will find at the bottom of this folder BBC radio 1-6 which will all work. Please use this as a work around until the regular service is restored.
