Nova error

Nova is in use.

But the power button has been blinking since yesterday, and there is no response.

Factory initialization does not proceed.

The order of blinking (?) is 4, 2, and 7, but there may be some error code, but it’s not easy to find out.

In this state, the app is not responding, and neither the physical button nor the remote control is responding.

If you have experienced or solved the same symptoms, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what you have tried

Try to power unit off, by holding power button on unit for 3 seconds. If unit does not power down, then disconnect unit from mains power supply. Ensure that mains plug is disconnected from main supply and leave for at least 30 minutes. Reconnect Nova to mains supply and see what happens.
