Every time I unplug my nova it updates. I thought it was a coincidence, but I began to suspect that it wasn’t that. Today I disconnected to clean: update again, but now it stops, the screen turns off, the light flashes, update again, and it continues like this 2 hours ago. Any idea what to do?
How’s your Nova connected? Wired or wireless? Some people have reported issues when updating via a WiFi connection.

how to do the factory reset? The gui that was there a few years ago no longer appears on the Naim page.
Press the Play/ Pause and Input buttons on the front panel while powering up the Uniti Nova. Continue to hold for 5 seconds. Release the Play/ Pause and Input buttons. Wait for the Uniti Nova to complete the factory reset …
