Hi came down this morning and Nova is updating but does not seem to be progressing. Do I leave it or is there a quick solution.

If it’s still updating now, two hours later, press the top button for a few seconds to put in in deep sleep and then unplug it. It it’s stuck and won’t go into deep sleep, unplug it anyway. Leave it for a couple of minutes, plug it in and hopefully it will be back to normal. It’s no different to what we all do when our computers have a moment.
