I tried to search for this on other threads but failed.
I was listening to a track on Qobuz and it suddenly stopped. I tried to skip to another track using the app, but the NSS 333 didn’t react. Turning the streamer off using the remote didn’t work, the sleeve art was still on display.
Pressing the physical ON/OFF switch on the streamer for a few seconds didn’t work either. I ended up unplugging the NPX 300 from the wall to do a complete reboot. That apparently resolved the issue.
Is that a common occurence or is there something wrong with my streamer?
