Really lovely, but a lot of work to get it up and running.
Classic combo with the SME tonearm.
Just add a Shure V15 III for classic audio.

Garrard 301 - SME 3009 Mk II - looks to be the Fixed Headshell version (??).
I have never owned or even used an SME tonearm. I had an Ittok years ago, and have been using an ARO for the past 30 years.
Are SME arms good?
It went for £1000.

Including the arm, shell and cartridge? It’s a bargain. I sold a similar setup for over £2k.

A full refurb for a 301 can be obtained for £750.
A refurbed one can be bought for around £3000.
