I have a simple question. Is this an original Naim RCA-5-din cable?
It looks like a Chord RCA - DIN. You can tell the earlier ones because they used nickel Deltron RCAs. As you probably know, Chord was started by Paul Stephenson’s wife at the time, Sally, with an aim to make cables for connecting Naim kit with other brands that used RCA phonos, and for a while the two companies worked closely both literally and figuratively. Even until fairly recently Naim’s own RCA - DIN cables were made for them by Chord (the Chord-specific RCA plugs were the give away, gold coloured for Naim).
Here’s a 4 x RCA Phono - DIN interconnect made by Chord for Naim Audio. It’s a later cable hence the nickel Deltrons are replaced by Chord’s own RCA Phonos;
Does this one have any directional marker at all? At some point the tails at the RCA end started to be printed with direction arrows but these can be easily worn off.

Yes, it should be a good choice, although those old nickel Deltrons can get a bit grungy and likely work best with nickel RCA sockets. Note that comparing the older and newer ones, I have a preference for the newer, whether that’s down to the connectors or the later grey cable, I don’t know. It’s no deal breaker though. Either is much better than the replacement (Crimson?), which I found rather disappointing in comparison.
Is a Chord Cobra the same quality?
It’s fine (and was more expensive IIRC) but in a Naim context I preferred the standard Chrysalis. Of course, it may suit your phono stage well, but you won’t know without trying it and comparing.
