@Stephen_Tate not only did I find you the sub, I have some more news that will most certainly cheer you up. As I said above I asked Steve Sells about using a subwoofer on the Supernait 3 and whether resistors are necessary. This is an extract from his reply:
‘The subwoofer output on the SN3 was designed for longer runs of cable and has the 100R resistors built in. The pre-amp output bypasses the 100R for max transparency.’
This means that you are good to go with bog standard RCA sub leads. Chord make a couple that would work and don’t cost silly money. I’m flagging this to @Richard.Dane too, as I know he likes to know these things!
It’s great to find out a little more about the SN3 and is another example of the care and attention to detail that has gone into it.
