Those were happy days, when we were ignorant and could indulge in our craze for cars without feeling guilty…
I seem to remember that Citroen were also involved , with their DS21. Minis, DSs, the sort of cars one came across everyday on the roads.

Paddy Hopkirk, a genuine, down to earth chap, and a total legend.
And that’s from my late father, taking part in a Sunbeam Rapier, and who swapped stories with him at that Monte Carlo
