Pics ‘From the Listening Position’

@Charlie posted the pics before and the build over a period of time I believe.

Those CBs are fantastic things, and very neat too. My first Naim was a 42, snaps and 110, in 1983. What’s interesting is that a tiny little Atom can stream, play internet radio, let you cast from your phone etc, and coupled to active speakers sounds far better than it has any right to. @james_n visted yesterday to collect the lamp, and while here listened to a few songs. Now James is a thoroughly nice person and I’m sure he wasn’t just being polite when he said it sounds really good. I think it does, but with my dodgy hearing it’s good to get some confirmation.

The system now sits where the red hose is sticking out in the back on the left side

Where is that, Charlie? What’s the tall wall on the left?

The wall to the left belongs to the neighboring building

…looks like a program idea for Grand Designs…

…Typical workman on his phone…

…Hope you kept the granite setts for some further use…

I just wondered where it was. It looks more like France than the U.K.

I’m guessing USA, east coast.

I think he’s in Vienna Austria.

I can’t quite claim that level of destruction, but sometimes things need to get worse before they get better……

It doesn’t look US to me. The neighboring roofs, for a start. European, is my guess.

An addition to the ‘Lamp & Ercol & System’ threads.

I went mostly on the spelling of ‘neighboring’. However Bobcat seem to be a European brand.

I live in Florida, and always get autocorrected into US spelling!
