Polls and anonymity

I notice in the recent Beatles vs Stones poll the avatar of who voted is showing as this is an option when setting up the poll. I actually like this but I feel there should be a warning that this is how the poll is set up?

Some may have been upset to find after that had voted in the age poll that they were identified and I’m seriously reconsidering my have you ever contacted an STD poll in light of this.

Missed that obviously!

Ah I see it now, perhaps it needs to be bigger, however I do like the fact that votes are public that’s not my issue, just pointing out a potential issue.

You can choose whether to make votes anonymous or shown. I couldn’t really see why anyone would wish for their vote to be anonymous on such a poll as Stone vs. Beatles so made votes visible.
