Any experience with a Benz ACE L?

I have used a Benz Micro L0.4 which, while somewhat higher in the range, is of similar design and output. It worked fine. Only issue is that I found the L0.4 to be very sweet, refined and even-handed, but did lack a sense of excitement overall. It was at its best on certain classical pieces but it was never a cart to get the toes tapping and hips wiggling.

Thank you Richard, not what I’d be looking for if lacking kicking in the bass.
Could you please remind me of the suggested loading of yours and whether you happened to try different values?

I think Benz recommended a 47k load, although I was using just a standard Prefix K (560ohm).
