Bob the Arsenal fan here I’m a only a fan apparently because all the money I spend watching my team on TV, on kits and other merchandise plus the 5 or 6 games a year I go to doesn’t help to support my club only money spent on season tickets does that and so only people who buy season tickets are supporters the rest are just fans now we’ve got that crazy bit of one up manship out the way.

The manager’s position at our club is a dream come true for any manager. Enormous salary, and after about 6 months, an even more enormous pay-off. ’More enormous’ is such bad English….. especially coming from an English teacher ! But, you know what I mean
