Presets on Mu-So QB2

Hello.

I’ve had a Mu-So QB2 for a week now and I’m very happy with it. But I’m having a problem with the remote control.

To select the presets, I press the star on the remote. Then I press once for preset 1 (radio 1), but preset 2 (radio 2) is played. If I press 2 times, preset 3 (radio 3) is played and so on. To listen to preset 1 (radio 1) I have to press 5 times and I get radio 1.

If I select preset 1 directly on the device, I hear radio 1. On the device, each preset plays the radio I have set up.

Is this a problem with the remote control or the software?

It’s because pressing the star cycles through the presets. If you were previously playing 1, just turning the Qb on should get 1 playing again. You’ll work it out but it’s working fine.

Sorry but this doesn’t solve my problem.

If it’s already on preset 1 when you switch it on, press play.
