So I clicked the link to get the 3 month free trial but I can’t figure out how to use it. Each app I have tried (windows app, website, apple app) just say I need to subscribe.

Has anyone else signed up?

Yes it’s not super clear. They could have included some information. Think of it like Spotify Connect in terms of usage.

  1. Sign up with the link that takes you to the Presto web page. 3 months for free. Find “My account” and create new. It’s auto renewal so you can cancel directly if you want to be sure you do not pay anything. You will still get 3 months free.
  2. Then download the Presto app onto your smartphone or computer.
  3. Sign in with the same details as you registered with in (1).
  4. Make sure the input in Naim app is ON.
  5. Use Presto app to start a stream and then choose your naim streamer as output in the Presto app.
  6. Music.

The sign up page. It did not have me register. It just took my CC info and then confirmed I signed up.

I have emailed them to figure this out

I have Presto, I now need to await the instructions on how to add it to my ND5XS2

I answered this in the Presto thread Ian. You will have to wait for firmware 3.13 which is imminent but not released yet.

I have done that. It still says I need to subscribe. I have inquired with Presto.

I tried signing up using Safari on my iPad and it took me straight through to the Presto web page. Trying the same on my MacBook took me to a login/create account page. This then activated the 3 month trial. Not sure what the difference was. A great offer though.

Signed up/cancelled Presto subscription, so 3 free months to try/test Presto streaming service with NC 5.4 release version. Ran the whole process from my iPad Pro 4th Gen, latest iPadOS, no glitches whatsoever.

Quality through Atom HE/Utopia’s is excellent, signup/app/device interface was great, no unexpected logins/logouts as per other well known streaming services :scream:.

Will update future in due course.

Like what I’m hearing so far.

You don’t have issues grabbing the volume bar in Presto app? I have to finger around with it a couple of times being able to move it. iPhone.

No, just works - iPhone 16, latest IOS.
