Small update
A friend of mine just bought a second hand Supernait 2 and we tested it on my system:
Wiim Pro Plus → Supernait 2 → NAC A5 → Proac Tablette 10 Signature
I didn’t expect much and wanted to see if it worst the extra cost… and what a slap in my face!!!
I can’t believe how it was sounding and fall in love instantly. Compare to the Supernait 2, my Nait XS2 sound flat, laking of details, harsh…
Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a fantastique integrated, but the supernait 2 is faaaaaaar superior!

Not a direct comparison, but with my ATC SCM 11V2 the XS3 sounded thin and lacked bass.
I borrowed a Supernait 3 on trial from my dealer and it made a huge improvment. Much more and better bass, sweeter highs, and more resolution across the entire range.
Needless to say the SN3 stayed. I love it.

SN3 is quite a bit better. Just buy it and be happy you did.

The SN3 is a wonderful amplifier.
I have Hicap DR also,
but, I don’t know, maybe I like it without the HC as much or more…
SN3 on its own is sweeter, a bit softer, more ”natural”.
With the HC it is sharper, more focus on details.
