good morning, I can’t play the new Coldplay album through Naim NSS 333 directly from the application.
via Focal Naim app TIDAL icon a message appears saying that the album is not playable via Naim NSS 333?
the problem is only with this album it’s as if there were restrictions on listening, do you also encounter this problem?
Thank you all
I’ll spare the jokes about not being able to play the new Coldplay album being a positive, but looking in the Tidal app there is a Dolby Atmos version, are you perhaps trying to play that rather than the flac version? Can you play it from the Tidal app using Tidal Connect making sure you select the flac version and not the Dolby Atmos version?
I think it maybe an issue with the album.
@Pete_the_painter wss trying to listen to it from Australia earlier and it wasn’t working only track 2.
I tried it this morning direct from the Qobuz app in the UK and it “couldnt stream the track…
Incidentally track 2 which played was in lowercase whereas the unplayable tracks were all uppercase.
I just tried streaming it from Tidal through bubblesoft upnp on my phone and all tracks play OK (2 or 3 second snippets from each track is more than enough) so if there is a problem it looks like it may be something in the Naim app

Don’t think it’s Naim App
I tried from the Qobuz app on my phone
Naim app not involved
you’re right there are three versions of the album one of them works. I was fooled because with Qobuz I can’t play the album from any device. thanks for the advice
I too can only hear one track on Qobuz, in fact that’s what fooled me
If there was a problem with the album on Qobuz they must have fixed it as it is now working with both the Qobuz app and bubblesoft upnp
