Problems with QobuZ

I can’t access Qobuz via the Naim app. I can’t even log in via my Apple Mac air. Anyone else having problems wit Qobuz at this point ? Not the Qobuz app - that still works. But just login in via laptop or via Naim app? I’m using an iPhone as my controller. Maybe Qobuz is down ?

It’s a wide area network services provider used by many sites globally.

I had problems logging into another site earlier and it was reported that cloudflare was having issues. I believe it’s now been resolved.

Working fine here in Reno! I use it almost everyday!

I use Qobuz via Roon, but that requires a Qobuz login like any other route. All fine here. I streamed some Lee Konitz on my Atom just a few hours ago.

Thanks for all of your notes confirming there was no issue with Qobuz. Happily it is fixed ! I tried a password change - which still didn’t work for a couple of days - and then today it did just now. All very odd but the most important thing is it back ! Its absence ‘forcing’ me to use Spotify really showed the difference in SQ. I was even tempted to restart my Tidal subscription.

What was odd was not only could I not use Qobuz in the Naim app (the Qobuz button just didn’t work ) I also couldn’t log in on my Apple MacBook. Happily that too is now sorted. Wish I could offer the forum a solution if anyone else has this issue - but all I did was do a password change on Qobuz and wait for a little over 24hrs till it went through their system before it worked. I have no idea why I seemed to have been kicked out in the first place.
