This morning my Qb would’t start internet radio as usual.Tried through the app - was presented with a new page asking for a Naim account loogin which I do not have - tried on my daughters Qb - same issue - and two other friend with Qb’s have the same problem - ANY info from NAIM on this issue, would be nice.

Hi, are you aware of the new in house iRadio service Naim released last year? It was required because vTuner stopped working. You need to create a user account in the Naim app to get the new service working, as well as ensuring that the Muso firmware and Naim app are up to date.
The internet radio works best with an account but can actually worke without you being logged in. IIt seems to forget my login when or if I change iphone language, and then all local services works on hardware and even my internet stations on the first page will work, so I really doubt that any qb model will require a login.
Of course with the old vtuner presets still living very unusually unless the device has been asleep over the last 11 months, this could be the issue.
I only have a qb firsst generation but I really doubt it is different with qb 2.

I never created an account and don’t plan to. I use the new Naim Radio on my Atom without it.
To use the new Naim Internet radio service in the app on your phone, you do need to create an account, which doesn’t relate to any previous account you might or might not have and takes only a moment to do.
But to use the new Naim internet radio services on a Naim streamer, as you say, you don’t need to create an account if you don’t want to for some reason.
I don’t want to create a Naim account if I don’t have to. I already have enough emails from companies notifying me about data breaches, where my personal info was exposed. There’s no technical reason Naim needs me to create an account. They just want it for marketing reasons.
I have no need to use Naim Radio on my phone.
